Hello! Hello! Time is just ticking away. I am excited about the new Lawn Fawn release coming up next week and the preview starting this week and that Labor Day is coming up. I start decorating my house for Halloween that weekend, but I have already started moving furniture around and other items in preparation.
I loved the new Tiny Gift Box Anglerfish Add On die from the last Lawn Fawn release and I had some Chibitronics left over from another project from a few years ago, so I though I would incorporate the two on a Christmas card. I am really thrilled with the way this one turned out. I love the little Anglerfish I think because his little teeth crack me up. I cut him from some yellow glitter paper and then I used some Copic markers to ad some shading to give it a little definition.
To cut out the Christmas Tree I used the Outside In Stitched Christmas Tree and the Stitched Christmas Tree Frames. For the inside of the Christmas Tree, I used the revers of the foil from the snowflake foil from the Snowflake Hot Foil Plate. I used a Cobalt Glimmer Hot Foil.
I used the Tiny Gift Box Holiday Hats Add On for the Santa Hat. The candy cane is from the Build A House Gingerbread Add On. The letters were cut out from Heney's ABC's. The stars are from the Hearts and Stars Skinny Tag die set. The Push Here stamp set was used to direct the recipient on how to make the card light up.
This was just such a fun card to make. I think that I will make several more but not include the Chibitronic lights. They would be very quick to assemble once you had your piece cut.
